  I've had multiple sandwiches from here that aren't correct, and the crummy thing about it is half the time I order a sandwich I won't open it for a while, or maybe save it for lunch, thinking the order was correct...but nope, half the time I'm finding my order was completely wrong.... If you go back to the store they will be more than happy to make another sandwich for you, but GetGo, you need to get it right the first time. Also beware, they try to skimp you by giving you 1 Marinara sauce for your appetizers when you order 2. This has happened on 3 or 4 other occasions. Check your bag before you leave

  The night cashier doesn't need to deal with people. He's very rude and he claimed to be a manager...to be a manager he seems to have very little knowledge of simple things an employee should know.. He made a mistake and put my gas on another pump then proceeded to tell me to drive to the pump he put the money on,a pump someone already was at. While I was trying to talk to him and make sure the problem was fixed he was trying to dismiss me and move on to the next customer. He was unprofessional and blatantly disrespectful.   Got a call that my food purchase was contaminated with Listeria from GetGo in Broadview Heights. My daughter and I ate an Asian salad. No one at the location or corporate had any information about it. They said someone would call me. It has been 4 days!!!!!!!!!!! If you potentially poison people, you should have some information. Giant Eagle is over priced, and there is never anyone to check you out. You have to scan your own items, and you always need assistance with it. Then some teenager is upset that you broke them up from thier conversation. However, they made it right, and sent us a personal letter and a gift card. I appreciate the effort, and hope their business success. They should look to be more like Heinens. Everything costs the same, but everyone is super nice. It is thier pleasure to see you.
